Our sourcing relationships are an important part of what we do. For select brands, we purchase directly from the brand or manufacturer itself, while other products are sourced through trusted distributors and long-standing industry partners.
For us, authenticity is only part of the equation.
Fragrances can also be affected by age and storage conditions, which is why we take extra care when sourcing our inventory. We pay close attention to the condition and freshness of the products and carefully evaluate the batches we purchase.
Sometimes that means paying more to source inventory that meets our standards rather than simply choosing the lowest-priced option available. Our years of experience have taught us that a great price alone does not always tell the whole story.

We have also built our service philosophy around making returns as easy as possible, including situations where a fragrance has already been opened or tried, subject to our current return policy.
